All services are provided on a project-by-project basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Work

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for commissioned work are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. Detox Designz Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Assets

Some projects may incorporate third-party assets (stock imagery, fonts, plugins). Licensing terms for these assets are governed by their respective providers. We will communicate any third-party licensing requirements relevant to your project.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement.
• A non-refundable deposit is typically required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files.
• Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees as specified in the project agreement.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is non-refundable.

6. Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

• Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
• Non-refundable deposits are retained
• Incomplete deliverables may or may not be provided, at our discretion

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law
