What is the design process?
One of our designers will contact you to gather your project information and design details. We will then give you a quote. Once you agree on the price, Detox Designz will send you an invoice via paypal for half the total cost of your agreed price. This is to retain our services. Once the first payment has been made, we will contact you to give you a date to review your first proof of your design, which will be watermarked. During the review process, we will make any changes to your design. We will continue making any changes you may have until you are satisfied with the proof. Once you are satisfied, we will then send you the final invoice for the remainder of the agreed price. After final payment has been made, we will then send you your project via email unwatermarked.


HOW DO I UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES?
OUR DESIGNERS WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL AND YOU WILL REPLY W NOTE: YOU MUST SEND THE LARGEST VERSION (HIGHEST RESOLUTION) OF YOUR IMAGES THAT YOU WOULD LIKE OUR DESIGNERS TO USE IN YOUR PROJECT. BIGGER PICTURES WILL BE EASIER TO CROP AND WORK INTO YOUR DESIGN. THEY ALSO PRINT BETTER AND FIT BETTER WITH THE HI-RES GRAPHICS THAT WE WILL USE IN THE DESIGN. NOTE: IF YOUR IMAGES ARE NOT LARGE ENOUGH WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THEM AS PART OF YOUR DESIGN. A EMAIL WILL BE SENT STATING THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO USE YOUR IMAGES AND NEED HIGHER QUALITY IMAGES. YOUR DESIGER WILL NOT BEGIN ON YOUR PROJECT UNTIL LARGER IMAGES ARE PROVIDED OR UNTIL YOU GIVE THE DESIGNER AUTHORIZATION TO USE HIS OR HERS CREATIVE FREEDOM TO COME UP WITH ALTERNATIVE DESIGN.


How long does the design process take?
All graphic services are on a first come, first serve basis, so the turnaround time may vary depending how many clients are ahead of you. We will scedule a start date with you once first payment of project is made. ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT WE HAVE STARTED YOUR PROJECT, IT USUALLY TAKES 48-72 HOURS (UNLESS ITS RUSH ORDERED. PLEASE READ THE "WHATS RUSH ORDER" SECTION OF THE FAQ) BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR 1ST PROOF OF WORK. FROM THERE IT ALL VARIES ON THE COMMUNICATION YOU CARRY WITH OUR DESIGNER. THE FASTER YOU CAN GIVE FEEDBACK ONCE YOU REVIEW THE PROOF, THE FASTER WE CAN MAKE ANY CHANGES AND COMPLETE YOUR PROJECT.


WHAT IS RUSH ORDERING?
RUSH ORDERING IS A ADDITIONAL SERVICE WE PROVIDE ON TOP OF YOUR PROJECT WHICH WILL EXPEDITE YOUR ORDER. SINCE IT'S A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, RUSH ORDER WILL PUT YOU ON THE TOP OF THE LIST FOR ONE OF OUT DESIGNERS TO BEGIN YOUR PROJECT. FIRST PROOF IS USALLY 24-48HRS. FROM THE MOMENT YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE, EMAIL YOUR IDEA, AND SEND IMAGES, WE WILL BEGIN YOUR WORK. FEED BACK IS IMPORTANT. SO THE FASTER YOU COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR DESIGNER ABOUT ANY CHANGES, THE FASTER YOUR WILL RECEIVE YOUR DESIGN. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT GIVE US ANY FEEDBACK AND YOU DO NOT MEET YOUR DEADLINE.
